Agency Placement Fees:

How often agency bill for the services?

      Full-time and live-in service First Time Home Care agency charges placement fee equal to one week salary, 
      with ninety (90) days guarantee of service.
      Part-Time placements – agency charges placement fee of $300, with ninety (90) days guarantee of service.
      Temporary placement fee:
      The minimum placement fee for 5-10 days shall be $300
      The minimum placement fee for more then 10 days shall be $500
      Single day, weekend and evenings services will be required for at least 4 hours each day and
                                                                placements fee will be $30 for each day. Maximum of 5 days.

Any  cancellation of services must be made 48 hours in advance.

Our finder’s fee includes the cost of background check, arrangement of in home interviews, trial runs, orientation and customer support during and after research process, as well as the unconditional replacement guarantee of 90 days.

The finder’s fee applies only if you hire our applicant!

There is no application fee, no search fee, nor any other charges.

All the Placement Fees are one time fees that are due at the time of placement is made.

Refund Guarantee

If the employee should resign or is discharge for any reason within the first thirty (30) days of the employment, we will refund our fee by 25% of the gross wages paid and will be refunded with 3 days of notification.
We will replace the employee at no additional charge.
if the termination occurs after 30th day but before 90th day, we will replace employee only, there will be no refund on the fee.

Our guarantee is not valid if the family makes changes in the work schedule or number of hours, moves to a different location, cuts the negotiated salary and/or requests a different type of work instead of what was specified in the contract.
